Just by way of noting[edit source]

CURRENTSTRIP could be made less maintenance intensive if you used Wikipedia's "Age in Days" template. Lubaf (talk) 18:48, 28 July 2015 (UTC)

  • I don't think that would quite work - SRoMG used to update on a M/W/F schedule, so the "Age in Days" template would be inaccurate. BlueDude11 (talk) 19:09, 28 July 2015 (UTC)
    • That just means you need to set the date you're counting from "wrong": to a date that returns 2261 from today. Lubaf (talk) 01:37, 29 July 2015 (UTC)
      • I took up your suggestion. Thanks for the help! BlueDude11 (talk) 01:49, 29 July 2015 (UTC)
        • EDIT: The issue has been resolved. I'm still not sure if the template truly works, but I've reinstated it anyway. Thank you, once again. BlueDude11 (talk) 14:28, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

Link spam issue[edit source]

I am trying to create a new article and when I try to submit it, this message pops up:

Error: This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed. If you believe your action was constructive, please inform an administrator of what you were trying to do. A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: Link spam

The article I was trying to create was a SRoMG strip.
