Explanation[edit | edit source]

This strip takes the idea to kind of an extreme by reducing a Sunday strip to six squares of color in two rows, each block being a color-average of parts of two different panels. Readers cannot tell what's happening or who's doing it.

The author writes:[edit | edit source]

I saw 36×10 Garfield 2 and thought, "Amateurs! I'll show you how a real man pixelates Garfield strips!"

Original strip: 2000-04-30.
