I decided to draw an ant's head, replace Jon's head with it, and change the dialogue of the strip.

Jon {with an ant's head and an extra set of arms}: Hey, Garfield, you're going to be hoarding food crumbs this Friday.
Garfield: Thanks for reminding me.
Jon: Would you believe that you are having a nightmare that Jon has mutated into an ant?
Garfield: Whoa! I cannot believe that I am living with a human-turned-ant in my house! Wake me up! Wake me up! Please let this be fake!
