5685: Middle of the Night: An Alternative Solution
Middle of the Night: An Alternative Solution |
Made by: Nyperold |
Explanation[edit | edit source]
In the original, Garfield was barbecuing an owl. Way back in #273: Night Garfield, Nottoostupid changed the sky color so that it was more of a nighttime color. Nyperold's solution, instead, was to change the owl to a caribou, an animal found in high latitudes. This jokingly suggests that they live in a location where, due to the Earth's tilt and revolution, there are times of the year where its rotation never moves them out of sunlight, which would explain the light blue sky.

Indiana? Where'd you ever get the impression that they lived there?
