"Garfield Literally" is a mash-up / combination strip that blends two very common and well-worn SRoMG running gags/memes into one comic.The author explicitly notes it was inspired by SRoMG #5505 (an earlier strip that also combined popular tropes). It was created by taking panels or elements from four different original Garfield strips: December 2, 1980 January 17, 1995 December 8, 2017 July 9, 2022
