The Outer Limits

Made by: Muchacho1994

Explanation

The transcript explains the contents of this "strip", if one can even call it that; as explained in the author's notes, the setup was inspired by a branch of the intentional lazy edit running gag, and from that perspective is implied that the author hadn't even begun actually tinkering with any material from the credited original Garfield strip (the same one many instances of the intentional lazy edit gag actually make use of).

The author writes:

This idea has been in my head for a while, but once I saw SRoMG #5520, I knew I didn't have much time left before someone else stole my idea.

As for the I.O.U., well, you may get a strip, and you may not.

I feel obligated to mention that I turned this into a paper plane not long after taking the picture.

Original strip: 2015-01-06.
