In cartooning, the interpretation of the eyes and mouth play an important role in determining the emotion and reaction that is made by a character. So I thought about playing around with Jon's physical pose to establish many different kinds of visual reactions and dialogue lines that have resulted in me making 4 different individual versions of this strip. I will let you use your imagination to come up with your own ideas in regards to the surrounding contexts that Jon was experiencing in each one of the 4 endings.
Original Square Root of Minus Garfield strip: 2009-09-04 (known as the source where I first found Jon's corresponding pose that inspired me to make this strip).
