Explanation[edit | edit source]

Another one building off of the idea behind #87; in this one, Jon gives his imaginary pet a rubber mouse and imagines he promptly shoves it into his mouth and comments on the lack of salt.

As is so often the case in Garfield Minus Garfield, Jon in Imaginary Garfield (sqrt of [-(Garfield^2)] comes off as a sad, lonely man. Only this time, his loneliness manifests as an imaginary cat saying and doing funny but imaginary things.
