gar passed out field

Made by: Venn413

Explanation

The second panel of the original comic is isolated from the rest, and as the author's notes explain, it's further edited to make Garfield look like he's unconscious. What isn't mentioned is that Jon and his dialogue are absent, and the background is purple instead of green.

The author writes:

I saw some edits involving Garfield slurping up food face-down, and always thought about how the sound effects and water droplets are the only thing preventing him from appearing unconscious. so I took them out. made using GIMP.

Original strip: 1989-05-17.
