Cleverfield Balance: Nephew of Chookies

Made by: Redgreen

Explanation[edit | edit source]

The edit is explained in the author's notes.

The author writes:[edit | edit source]

I had a chat with Cleverbot, using Jon's Klingon-equilibrium words from SRoMG #2653 "Son of Chookies" as the base.

Also, I do not want to enjoy a slop. Slop slop slop.

[This submission is from 2017 so the use of "slop" in a (partially) AI-generated comic is prescient but coincidental. -Ed]

Original strip: 1978-06-19.

Transcript[edit | edit source]

Jon: Baby, newborn, children, garkield, arbuchkle, likob, and chartoonist do you want to enjoy a slop.
Garfield: Who is your husband?
Jon: But, I'm entertaining.
Garfield: In your own way you are...

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The concurrent iToons strip coincidentally also referenced AI (in this case, it was a jab at The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, which used generative AI), referred to "slop", and was edited from an original Nancy strip that first ran after this strip was first submitted.
