Explanation[edit | edit source]
This strip is a recreation of 4455: "And Now...", but with different programs, all of which are created by people Garfield dislikes. The Buddy Bears movie from before is again the first thing he sees, but after that, he sees a show starring Sidney the Dinosaur (the villain of the Garfield and Friends episode "The Beast From Beyond"), a pet dress-up show hosted by Drusilla and Minerva (Jon's cousins/nieces from The Garfield Show), a Binky the Clown program, and finally a show hosted by Nermal (who the author considers less of an enemy and more of a frenemy).
The author writes:[edit | edit source]
As you already realized, this strip is a variation on SRoMG #4455, only what makes Garfield annoyed are some TV shows made by some of his enemies (except Nermal, as he's his frenemy).
Original Square Root of Minus Garfield strip: 2021-07-30.
