Yup, it's true, Davis absolutely used the same strip twice - and only a year apart each!
Ed: Believe it or not, this submission landed in my inbox on 24 August, just 12 hours after I received the strip published yesterday. I guess that answers the implicit question posed by Robot Fencer...
