Explanation[edit | edit source]

In the original Garfield strip, we go to the Garfield logo with Garfield fishing for mail, and now to the strip where Jon slips on bananas, and it turns out Garfield keeps dropping banana peels everywhere. Garfield knows that bananas are good for you.

In this strip, Diddy Kong is driving his kart away while Donkey Kong readies another banana to throw at Jon.

{Jon, in a daze, approaches several more banana peels}
