Explanation[edit | edit source]

In this strip, Garfield experiences a chaotic Monday, facing various misfortunes such as breaking a weight scale, getting caught in a hurricane, crashing through a window, and turning into a porcupine after a bath. The comic humorously exaggerates Garfield’s well-known disdain for Mondays, culminating in him shredding a piece of paper labeled "Mondays" and declaring that the week should skip straight from Sunday to Tuesday.

This strip pays reference to the Garfield Movie clip of 2024 with the same thing.

After I saw the original clip I understood the references and decided to make this.
